Dear LAMA Members,

As we move into the fall season, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of the Lakes Area Manufacturers Alliance. Our manufacturing community continues to make a lasting impact across the Lakes Area, and it is through your involvement, collaboration, and commitment that we are able to promote manufacturing, support our workforce, and create opportunities for the next generation.

Celebrating Manufacturing

October 6th | 7:30am - 11:30am

Our event is an annual Manufacturing Month gathering that brings together industry leaders for breakfast, networking, and a keynote speaker to highlight the impact and opportunities within the Brainerd Lakes manufacturing community.

October 6th | 1:00pm - 4:00pm

The LAMA Emerging Leaders program is uniquely designed to identify and develop high-potential individuals for future leadership roles by enhancing their skills, providing mentorship and preparing them to lead initiatives and manage teams effectively in a manufacturing enterprise.

Honoring a pioneer in local manufacturing!

At the recent meeting hosted by Graphic Packaging International, founder Deborah Hoel was presented with the Distinguished Service Award as she prepares for her retirement.

Thank you, Deborah, for your incredible impact on our local industry, businesses, and community!

LAMA is excited to offer manufacturers a $100 membership for one year, made possible through funding from the Career Connect Initiative (CCI).

This opportunity gives your company access to valuable industry connections, workforce development programs, educational partnerships, networking events, advocacy efforts, and promotional opportunities that can help your business grow.

Eligible manufacturers include small to mid-sized companies with fewer than 250 employees that have not maintained LAMA membership within the past 12 months.
