Dear Marcia,
Summer can be a difficult time of year for our neighbors facing hunger. With kids on summer break, families that rely on free or reduced-priced school meals often find their grocery budgets do not quite stretch far enough.
But, because of support from caring friends like you, families in North Dakota and Clay County, Minnesota, have access to the food they need to put nutritious meals on their tables this summer.
When you read through this edition of Feeding Hope, you will learn about some of the families you are helping and see how your gifts make a difference throughout our communities. I hope these stories inspire you to make another gift today. Remember, every $10 you give helps provide food for 5 local families facing hunger.
Thank you!
