Reminders

What if?

  • You arrive to your Chimney Hill Home after office hours and realize you forgot your house keys?
  • Friends or family arrive to the house before you?
  • The batteries in your key pad doorknob lock have expired?

Be prepared with a spare key in an exterior locked box. It’s that easy.

  •   Contact Information:

Please update any contact information (emails, phone number etc.) in Pay HOA or via email to frontdesk@chimneyhill.com. When calllng in to request information please give your name and CHOA lot #.

  •   Fees & Access:

Please note that we require 24 hours notice if you need a house check.

Notify us if there are any updated entry codes(with new batteries) or new keys in PayHOA. Provide the name of the contractor or guest CHOA can release a key to.

Please put your request into PayHOA. A fee will be applied to your account.

  •   Plow Stakes:

If you have paid for CHOA driveway plowing services and mark your driveway with plow stakes, please ensure you are leaving area(s) for the plow to push and store snow off your driveway. Not providing these storage areas will quickly limit how much space you have to park vehicles.

Our plow operators will be making rounds in the next few weeks to the driveways on the plowing list. They will be making notes and they will have plow stakes to mark random rocks, septic lids, or other items that will be easily hidden in the first snows. Please do not remove these stakes.

  • Emergency Info:

If there is an emergency after hours with the CHOA water system or an amenity, call the CHOA office. There's an emergency voicemail box that sends your voicemail to multiple CHOA staff members including the on-call staff member.

The Wilmington Police Department should be the first ones contacted for suspicious activities, erratic driving, fireworks, dangerous weapon discharging, dogs not in direct control of an owner, and loud noise after 10 PM or before 7 AM.

Wilmington Police: 802.464.8593(non-emergency) or 911(if emergency)

Wilmington Fire Department: 802.464.8022(non-emergency) or 911(if emergency) During non business hours and weekends, you can also contact the Wilmington Police department.

For any of the above mentioned or other concerning items, after reporting it to the appropriate Town Dept. follow up with the CHOA office. Having a police report or other evidence can assist CHOA when dealing with the homeowners violating our HOA Rules & Regulations.
