Please join us for our Thursday morning breakfast meeting at the Pig 'N Pancake at 8:00 A.M. on Thursday, the 12th. Jan Johnson, of 100 Women Who Care--Clatsop County, will be our presenter. At every meeting we have a 50/50 Drawing. Buy tickets for $1 each and the winner will receive 50% of the money collected with the remaining 50% going to the Downtown Beautification Fund. The Pig 'N Pancake also pays for 50% of your next meal at the Pig 'N Pancake.

Our Board of Directors will meet Wednesday, May 18th. Please feel free to contact any of our Board Members with any ideas, questions, or concerns.

Clatsop County Job Fair is tomorrow!

CEDR and WorkSource Oregon are bringing back the Clatsop County Job & Career Fair in this year! We invite you to join us on Wednesday May 11th 2022, at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center. Your participation in this event allows you access to hundreds of students and active job seekers exploring local career opportunities. Whether you’re hiring for summertime help, looking for long-term employees, or just want to educate our local youth about career opportunities in your industry, please join us!

Morning Group – Astoria & Warrenton High Schools

10:00 am Arrival & Booths Open

11:30 am Departure

Afternoon Group – Seaside, Knappa, Jewell, Ilwaco & Naselle

11:45 am Arrival, Booths Open

1:00 pm Departure

Third Session – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

1:15 pm Adult job seekers and CCC students are invited to meet and talk to area employers

3:15 pm The Job & Career Fair closes

Thank you, Dundee's Bar & Grill!

Dundee's hosted our annual "A Blooming Benefit" on March 8th. We raised over $1,100 for the flower basket program through the Opportunity Drawings for prizes donated by Seaside businesses and have received an additional $1,500 from Dundee's Bar & Grill. We want to thank Dundee's Bar & Grill, all of the generous businesses who donated to the Opportunity Drawings and everyone who came out to support the event. Flower baskets will arrive downtown Wednesday, May 25th.
