Attention Customers with a Delinquent Balance as of June 1: Get Current!

Take advantage of the popular Get Current temporary water bill assistance program.

Eligible customers who pay half of their full account balance will see the remainder of their balance forgiven. Plus, 100 percent of late payment charges and turn-on fees waived.

There’s also an option to pay 25 percent of the full account balance and 25 percent will be forgiven. All late payment charges and turn-on fees will be waived upon completion of the payment plan.

With all the recent rain, your outdoor water use might be lower than usual — great news for your bill! Now’s a perfect time to turn your attention indoors.

Small changes, like checking your toilets for leaks or upgrading to water-saving fixtures, can help you save even more water and money.

You may notice new safety signs and specialized vehicles around our work zones to protect our front-line water heroes. The vehicles, called attenuator trucks, are equipped with crash-absorbing technology to help reduce the severity of collisions. In the event of an impact, they act as a buffer to protect both our workers and motorists. Remember: slow down, avoid distractions, and move over when driving through work zones.
