Digitally Altered Images Depicting Private Parts,
Posted without Permission for Financial Gain, Is a Crime
We will not put up an image illustrating SB25-288. It's an unforgivable violation when someone posts an intimate image of a person without permission. This bill makes that posting, even if digitally altered, a Class 1 misdemeanor upgraded to Class 6 if the posting interferes with government proceedings such as an election or threatens a person's safety. Well done.
