DEXTER EARNS EAGLE SCOUT RANK

Congratulations to senior Colin Dexter on earning the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Scouting America, reached by only a select group of Scouts. Colin is a member of Troop 462, based out of Nativity Catholic Church, and a member of the Roncalli Royals varsity soccer team.

Earning the Eagle Scout rank requires years of dedication, earning at least 21 merit badges and demonstrating proven leadership. As part of his rank requirements, Colin led a team of volunteers in building two rebound walls and installing 200 feet of fencing at the Circle City Futbol Club, giving back to the club where he first learned to play soccer.

WALKATHON 2026: KEEP DOING MOORE!

Walkathon fundraising is in full swing, and now is the time to keep sharing those fundraising links with family, friends and neighbors!

Want the full week of out-of-uniform days? Students who reach their fundraising goal must turn in their Walkathon envelope by Friday, October 30, or Monday morning, November 2, to earn the entire week. Remember, even if all donations were made online, the envelope still needs to be turned in to receive Walkathon incentives.

Funds raised this year support needs-based tuition assistance and faculty professional development, helping make a Roncalli education possible for more students while investing in the teachers who make it so special.

🎁 HELP US STOCK THE PRIZE VAULT! We’re collecting gift cards to restaurants, stores and other student favorites for incentives and prize drawings. Donations may be dropped off at school, attention: Brandi Young, director of alumni relations and special events, or email byoung@roncalli.org to coordinate.

Keep fundraising. Keep sharing. Keep doing MOORE!

RONCALLI FUTURE COURSES & PATHWAYS FEASIBILITY SURVEY

Roncalli High School is exploring new courses, career pathways, certifications and work-based learning opportunities as Indiana transitions to its new high school diploma.

The new Indiana Diploma provides students with greater flexibility to personalize their high school experience around their goals for college enrollment, employment, enlistment and/or service. Roncalli is seeking input from families, alumni, businesses, industry leaders, community members and important stakeholders to determine which opportunities are both valuable to students and feasible for Roncalli to develop.

Your feedback will help us identify potential programs, partnerships, internships, courses and career experiences that could prepare students for life after high school.

This survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. Please note: This is the same survey shared via email earlier this week. We’re sharing it again to make it easier for our community to participate. Thank you for your time!

NEW this year! Hoosier Heat Sports Cards is our official game ticket sponsor. Each ticket has a discount coupon of $5 off a $20 purchase on the back side. Be sure to save your ticket stubs!

  • For Archbishop Charles Thompson, that God may continue to bless and strengthen him as he faithfully shepherds the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
