We are needing a few more volunteers
to help work tournament days.
Tournament days are
Phase 1 -- July 17-20
Phase 2 - July 22-24
Phase 3 - July 27-29
Hours are : 6:30 am - 4 pm (pending no rain delays)
Tournament office - Imperial Ballroom
Needing to stay onsite?
The room rate for volunteers are: · one to five nights $110.00 per night · six to ten nights $107.00 per night · Eleven or more $104.00 per night includes a $10.00 resort fee.
Meals received
You will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most days breakfast and lunch for the volunteers are in our tournament office (Imperial Ballroom) giving everyone a chance to meet prior to and after the round. Dinners are with the golfers and families.
Wanting to play golf at a discounted rate? For those volunteers wanting to play golf, we have negotiated discounted golf for our volunteers following the Parent-Child Classic days (July 20 and 25).
Tournament shirts -- You will receive two shirts (one shirt if you only work one day).
Driving -- your room key will give you in and out privileges at no cost. If staying off property, please see Sharon Parton for a sticker to get you out of the lot.
