  • Lane assignments for the T-30 will be posted on the whiteboard. Please check this for your athlete’s lane assignment.

COACHES CORNER: More Questions for Your Swimmer!

Alright Mom and Dad, we have more questions to ask your kids.

I know that with Lighting 2 I try and challenge them to learn and not to just listen to what our staff is teaching. The more educated they are, the better choices they can make because they understand why they are doing what we are asking them to do. By asking these questions you may help your athlete make the choice to learn and not simply go through the motions of doing. If they don’t know the answer, please do not get discouraged or upset. Simply guide them and try to help them learn the information. Coaches and parents delivering the same message is a very powerful tool for growth.
