Below you will find all of the information you will need to arrive, stage & load-in as well as pit assignments for your weekend with WRL at Barber! 

Please ensure you read this in its entirety and share with everyone attending this weekend with you including truck drivers, crew, competitors & family.

Critical Notes

HUGE THANKS TO MAX TRACK TIME - Following a significant effort, Max Track Time has secured Thursday for their open test which benefits everyone with a 2PM load-in at Barber which will SIGNIFICANTLY speed load-in, tech and registration. Even if you don't participate with Max Track Time this early load-in will be a game-changer for our event - be sure to tell Charlie and his MTT team thanks!

NO personal vehicles will be admitted into the facility until AFTER all trucks and trailers in the staging lots have been parked. Personal vehicles will be allowed to drop off / pick up in Lot G until 1:00 PM but may not remain in Lot G. After 1:00 PM vehicles not towing a trailer or transporting race cars will NOT be admitted into Lot G.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU'VE FORWARDED THIS MESSAGE TO ALL OF YOUR DRIVERS, CREW AND GUESTS!!!

There are numerous businesses and lots adjacent to the facility that you can wait at (Buccees, Bass Pro Shops). We approximate that personal vehicles should be allowed into the facility around 3:00 PM but it may be earlier or later depending on weather and other factors. Barber security will be turning around personal vehicles not towing trailers before the entrance gate after 2:00 PM. This is due to a potential for road blockage and an effort to speed load-in, tech & registration for the benefit of all.

Credential Hours

Credentials will start on Thursday 9AM-2PM as you enter staging Lot (G).

After load-in credentials will be in the Porsche Experience Center only. If you do not arrive during these open hours, you will not be allowed into the facility, plan accordingly!

Arrival & Staging

NO TRUCKS / TRAILERS MAY ARRIVE UNTIL

8:00 AM CDT on Thurs 2/26/26 unless participating with Max Track Time

TRUCKS WITH LOWER LEVEL RESERVED PARKING SHOULD ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM, LARGER TRUCKS WITH POOR TURNING RADISUS MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY PARKING AFTER THIS TIME

Upon arriving at Barber MSP, you will enter by turning left at the T-junction where Barber Motorsports Parkway dead-ends at the museum parking lot and then turn left again into LOT G where WRL will be staging trucks. As you enter, you will stop and WRL staff will have you sign the gate waiver and direct you to your staging area. Staging in Lot G will be by by spot # if reserved parking was purchased and first-come-first-served if you are parking in non-reserved spaces.

Reserved lower-paddock spaces will have one truck & trailer per staging position/parking spot. If you plan to park more than one truck or RV per assigned spot, then that additional truck/trailer/rv will stage and load-in with non-reserved and RV parking.

LOAD-IN

Load-in will commence at 2:00 PM 2/26/26

Lower-level reserved parking 
Will be released first in load-in order (this may not necessairly be numerical order). You will be stopped at the top of the hill at the entry to the paddock. Follow directions and WRL staff will guide you to your reserved space.

RV reserved parking

RVs with reserved parking will be released second. RV spaces will be stopped at the top of the hill at the entry to the paddock. Follow directions and WRL staff will guide you to your reserved space.

Non-reserved Parking & Lower level additional trucks 
Non-reserved & overflow will be released in the order they arrive. Lower level overflow trucks (second truck / trailer parked in a single 25' spot) will be released in the same group with non-reserved. Those additional trucks will be held until all trucks are parked in the lower level and released at that time.

Those who arrive after load-in begins will be held at the front gate T-Junction before the museum parking lot until Lot-G is completely empty of staged trucks and will proceed down the BLUE path regardless of parking location. The gate at the entrance to the RED path will be closed for the balance of the weekend once reserved parking is complete.

REMEMBER - NO PERSONAL VEHICLES IN STAGING OR PADDOCK UNTIL AFTER LOAD IN IS COMPLETE (3:00 PM ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME) FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
