Butler Spring Fair

Saturday, March 16, 2024 | 10am to 3pm

Our Butler Spring Fair is THIS SATURDAY! See below for details on our largest fundraiser of the year. View the 2024 Spring Fair info brochure here!

The money raised helps the PTO support items such as academic assemblies, technology upgrades and equipment, community/family events, playground equipment, library books, and so much more!

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Please arrive at the Volunteer Table in the main lobby entrance at least 10 minutes before your scheduled volunteer time to allow time to check-in and get your assignment. Check your volunteer time here.

Spring Fair Online Auction

Bidding on items is easy as 1-2-3 and you can start bidding or just set up an online account today! We have more than 100 online auction items available for bidding or to "buy it now." You can easily set up text alerts to let you know if/when you've been outbid!

Save time at the Spring Fair and register and bid today! Please note, you will NOT be charged unless you are the winning bidder.

Our popular teacher and staff auction items will still be done in person in Mrs. Warner's classroom during the Spring Fair. Silent Auction Chairs will be available in the room to help. Check out those items here.

Come to the library to check out our great variety of Raffle Baskets. Basket winners will be announced from the stage at the end of the Fair.
