One of the best parts of the Texas Leadership Conference is giving our members the opportunity to learn about leadership from advisors who know how to bring those conversations to life.

Advisors who are certified to teach Phi Theta Kappa's Leadership Development Studies are invited to apply to serve as a Leadership Facilitator at TLC. This is a great opportunity to share your experience, connect with members from across the Texas Region, and play an active role in their leadership development.

Selected Leadership Facilitators will receive complimentary registration to the 2026 Texas Leadership Conference, while selected Co-Facilitators will receive 50% off registration.

Applications must be submitted by October 1, 2026. Only applications submitted through the form will be considered.
