There is still time to register for the upcoming Annual Meeting!

Our awesome hosts, Discover Lehigh Valley and Wind Creek are really pulling out all the stops to make this event a very memorable one. From the welcome reception at Dorney Park to the closing reception in the ArtsQuest campus at Steelstacks, there will be non-stop educational, networking, and business opportunities for you and your organization throughout the event.

FAMs are capped at 40 people each and they are filling up. Once each is filled, we will place you on a waitlist. Hurry and register!

Need overnight accommodations? The Wind Creek Bethlehem discounted hotel rate expires 9/23. To reserve your hotel room at the discounted rate of $139.00, please call 877-726-3777 and use code GPA1021.
You will see below, each member category has registration options; an online form or a form you can print and mail/email back to us. The deadline to register is 9/15.
Operator & Tour Planner Registration Forms:
Members who are Motorcoach operators/owners and Tour companies that organize trips for Motorcoach operators.
Associate Registration Forms:
Members who provide product and services to our Motorcoach operators. Examples include manufacturers, engines, tires, fabric, financial, public relations, etc.
Travel Supplier Registration Forms:
Members who represent tour and travel properties and associations affiliated with the bus and travel industry who want to attract and work with the bus industry. Examples include convention & visitor bureaus, museums, attractions, lodging, receptive operators, etc.
Sponsorship
A 2021 Annual Meeting Sponsorship is a great way to promote your organization! There are many opportunities in which you can choose, from sponsoring a session, meal or placing an advertisement in the meeting program.
