Manhattan Beach, CA, January 17, 2024 – As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for enhanceHCM, Hampton will be responsible for building new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships in the HCM, Insurance Brokerage and Private Equity space.
With 35 years of experience leading sales teams within the Human Capital Management sector, Hampton brings a wealth of expertise to his role at enhanceHCM and is uniquely positioned to drive valuable insights that will foster growth through strategic alliances.
Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Hampton held a variety of senior sales leadership roles at both Paychex and Paylocity. As National VP of Sales for Paylocity, Hampton led a team of 400 account executives and sales leaders, helping the organization surpass $100 million in net new revenue and earning Hampton recognition as a Corporate Officer.
