These days food can be a little pricey, especially beef. This week we have a great deal on our Beef Tenderloins on both the Filets or the Whole Roasts. We are happy to have the tenderloins at this price because of what is going on with the beef market and one suggestion I can give you, if you are a tenderloin family for Christmas, get it now and freeze it! I promise it will still be great and there is a possibility you will be saving about $50 on a whole roast! With that kind of savings you can buy Brian a really nice gift this year!!
Next up this week is the Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. The season is winding down on the wild salmons coming out of Alaska because things are going to start freezing over soon and the spawning in the rivers is just about over. After the Alaskan season is over there are other options for us to source wild salmon but it is usually VERY expensive and the quality is mediocre at best so if you like some wild salmon in your diet, grab some this week to save a few bucks. Also, the Sockeye does freeze very well so if you want to stock up for the winter like a bear, this would be the week!
