From Pastor Calum!
Thank you so much for welcoming us to Larchmont! We are so excited to be with you for the month of July and have appreciated the warm welcome we have received so far.
It was a joy to start our journey through the book of Ruth last Sunday, as we unpacked Ruth 1 with the title "Decisions, Decisions." Ruth's story reminds us that God is at work even in life's most difficult seasons, guiding His people and providing, whilst also calling us to make decisions of faith.
This coming Sunday, we will reflect on the scent we leave behind in the relationships we have, as we consider "The Aroma of Boaz" - a man who was compassionate, generous, and unashamed of his faith. I would love to encourage you to join us for the rest of July as we continue this wonderful Old Testament story.
As a small taste of Scotland, we've also brought along some Scottish treats to enjoy during Coffee Hour! This Sunday, I am excited to share a little about life and ministry in Strathaven, so that you can get an idea of what the Bynums will be experiencing! I feel very privileged to share something of Scottish faith, fellowship, and hospitality with you. Please be sure to stay for this special celebratory Coffee Hour this week, following worship.
Whether you're a regular attender or haven't been in church for some time, there will be a warm welcome waiting for you, and a slightly different accent!
