Solutions welcomes you to our first newsletter!

Alice Kidder and Paris Swindle, the co-directors of Solutions at Work, welcome you to our first newsletter. Solutions at Work has served the Cambridge and Metro Boston area's homeless and less fortunate individuals since 1989. The stories in our newsletter will help you understand the journey of our participants and the challenges they face.

Solutions at Work serves thousands of people who are living in poverty annually. Our programs provide the following resources because countless local homeless people have told us time and again that these are precisely things they need to get their lives back on track.

March Employee of the Month

Jane Prince, known as Princess, has been with Solutions at Work for eight years. She started volunteering part-time when Solutions faced closure, but Princess kept Solutions afloat until the funding was found. Princess is now working full-time at Solutions as the Children's Program Assistant. Princess' cheery smile and positive attitude light up the room. We at Solutions at Work would like to congratulate Princess for being such an essential part of our team over the years.

Promotion of Tara Riopelle

Tara Riopelle, a long-time supporter and current employee of Solutions at Work, was recently promoted to Director of 1151 Massachusetts Avenue and the Meals Program. Join us as we extend heartfelt congratulations to her and her continued involvement as an integral member of our organization.
