October 2026

President’s note:

Hi Everyone,

As temperatures finally drop and we move into our winter season, your Leadership Team still has a terrific agenda of golf and social events planned over the next few months, so we hope you’ll continue to participate and enjoy!

As my tenure as your President comes to a close, I am thrilled that Cheri Straka will take this leadership role and utilize her considerable experience and expertise to drive meaningful progress toward our shared goal of making our chapter a warmer, more welcoming, and inclusive organization.

With such a diverse and strong organization, so many exceptional women, I’m confident we will continue moving forward contributing our time and resources to encourage young women in golf and support their future endeavors.

As a famous past President once said:

Keep it in the short stuff!

October Pink Golf Event

pink_ribbon.jpg

Pink on the Links is back—and you’re invited!

Join us at Royal Palm Golf Course on Saturday, October 24, for a fun day on the course in support of breast cancer awareness. Tee times begin at 9:00 a.m., and your $91 entry includes lunch.

At lunch, Easy Spirit and Cancer Alliance of Naples will join us, and breast cancer survivors will share their stories. It’s a day of golf, community, and meaningful moments you won’t want to miss.

Thanks to Easy Spirit’s generous donation, each participant will receive a limited-edition pair of pink Easy Spirit shoes. Just click on this link: Easy Spirit Shoe Size Form by October 13 so we can get your size.

Here’s how our 2Best Ball Pink Ball Tournament works: Your team will rotate the pink ball among players, and its score must count as one of your team’s two best-ball scores on every hole. If the pink ball is lost, keep playing with your own balls—but remember, the pink ball score still needs to be included among your two scores for each hole. Bring the pink ball back at the end of play, and your team will earn a bonus!

We can’t wait to see you on the links for a great day together.

Look out for the registration email this week.

League Etiquette. Courtesy, responsibility, and respect are among golf's core values. Registering for Chapter League play is your commitment to show up on time and play. Please help us keep Chapter League play fair and enjoyable for everyone by following these important guidelines...

* If you need to cancel a play date, please notify the tee captain and cancel your registration by editing it at the registration link.

* We are committing to a fixed number of players each week. If we have a waitlist, another person can be moved into your slot. If we consistently show up with less than what we committed, the course will cancel or limit our tee times.

If I have updated pricing by Tuesday, I will let you know.
