Dear Delegate,

We look forward to welcoming you to the 17th Caribbean Conference on National Health Financing Initiatives (CHeF’17), taking place November 18–20, 2026, at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in Bermuda.

Our current records do not show a reservation under your name within the conference room block. If you would like to stay at the conference hotel and have not yet booked, please make your reservation by October 15, 2026, using the booking details below while rooms remain available for conference delegates.

Please note, there are a limited number of rooms available at the subsidized rate; and bookings made after 19 October will not benefit from the subsidy.

If you have already booked your stay or made alternative accommodation arrangements, please disregard this reminder.

HOW YOUR BOOKING AND SUBSIDY WORK:

Your final accommodation cost for a Fairmont King Room will be USD 300 per eligible night, and this rate includes accommodation taxes, gratuities and fees. The Bermuda Health Council’s subsidy will be applied to your hotel bill at checkout, at the end of your stay.

The subsidy applies only to a maximum of four nights, with check-in no earlier than November 17, 2026 and check-out no later than November 21, 2026.

Subject to subsidised room availability, please follow the steps below to book your accommodation at the subsidised rate.

Book through the conference hotel booking link (Click Here to Book)

Select a Fairmont King Room to receive the USD 300 nightly cost described above.

The booking system will

show the full hotel price

The price displayed when you reserve will not reflect the Health Council’s subsidy but the final charges to your card, will. You do not need to calculate or deduct the subsidy yourself.

Pay the required deposit

when booking

You must pay a non-refundable deposit of USD 519 plus applicable taxes and fees when you book.

This deposit is not an additional charge and will be credited towards your final hotel bill.

The subsidy will be

applied to your final charge when you check out of the hotel

Your total charge at the end of your stay will reflect a rate of USD 300 for each eligible night in a Fairmont King Room and the initial deposit of USD 519 (plus additional taxes and fees) that you paid at the time of booking, will be deducted from your total.

Please Note: Additional costs are your responsibility

If you choose an upgraded room or suite, you will pay the difference between its base room rate and the Fairmont King Room rate, together with any additional taxes and fees associated with the upgrade.

You will also pay the full cost of any nights before November 17 or after November 20, including applicable taxes, gratuities and fees. Any additional room charges or personal incidentals, such as room service, are your responsibility.

If you have already booked your room but your booking is under a different name, please let us know so we can update our records.

If you have not yet made your hotel reservation, we encourage you to complete your booking by October 15 while rooms are still available.

We look forward to welcoming you to Bermuda for CHeF’17.

Warm regards,

CHeF’17 Conference Team
