Thank you so much for registering for a booth(s) at the 2022 PBA Marketplace in Williamsport, PA!
We are getting ready for you and our registered operators. We are excited to see you, too! Please take a minute to review the Know Before You Go information below.
Monday, March 21st (the day before Marketplace):
- We have the popular Marketplace seminar, Tourism Tactics for Successful Motorcoach Marketing (9:00-3:00 pm). The registration option was included on the booth registration form, so in case you missed it and want to attend, please let us know. The cost is $75, which includes both the seminar and lunch. This seminar qualifies to give you CE credits toward your CTIS designation too!
- We have an Educational, Guided Craft Beer Tasting with Brewery Tours. York County Ale Trail & Hanover Brewery Tours are sponsoring this event (4:00-5:00 pm).
- We have our evening Networking Reception hosted by PBA (5:30-7:30 pm)
Hotel:
Still need to book a room? Discounted room rates end February 21, 2022 for the Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsport. $89 room rate plus taxes. Call 570-327-8231 and reference “PA Bus Association” room block. You can also contact Stacy Thompson at Holiday Inn Express directly to book at 570-327-5292.
Breakfast Options:
A complimentary breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn Express (if you book at the Holiday Inn OR the Express). If you would prefer to go to the restaurant and order a la carte, they will have a full breakfast menu available for purchase. Lastly, breakfast is planned for Tuesday, March 22 at the Liberty Arena, but registration is required.

Door Prizes:
Are you bringing a door prize? If so, please let us know on the registration form. Note, exhibitors distribute their door prizes and are responsible for either mailing the prize to the bus operator for distribution to the group leader, or to deliver the prize to the appropriate bus, but keep in mind bus arrivals and departures are staggered. We also have a door prize options for you to participate in!
Material Drop:
We will have tables set-up with the names of the bus companies attending so you can drop off marketing material. This is an option for you to share your material directly with the bus companies.
Phone a Friend!
Have a friend in the industry interested in attending? Please spread the word. Registration closes February 15th. Why early? This is the date to register to be guaranteed placement in the Marketplace Directory and for preferred placement on the floor layout. Should they register after, we will place them where there is room, and they won't be listed in the Marketplace Directory. The directory is mailed in advance to all operators, along with other material.
