Cheers to a Killer Night: Highlights from Women United’s 4th Annual Murder Mystery Fundraiser

We are beyond thrilled to share the exciting results of our 4th Annual Murder Mystery Dinner, "Back to the 80s: Murder High Reunion!" that occurred on October 24, 2024. Thanks to your generous support, we raised funds to benefit four incredible local organizations: Oneida Crisis Center, Bannock Youth Foundation, Bingham Crisis Center, and Family Services Alliance.

This means we can continue to provide critical support to women, children, and families in crisis throughout Southeastern Idaho—helping them access shelter, resources, and the stability they need to thrive. Your participation in this event makes a lasting impact, and we are so grateful for your contribution.

Every ticket, sponsorship, and donation you made helped turn this event into something truly rad, ensuring that Women United can fulfill its mission of empowering local women and children. We couldn't have done it without you, and your support continues to inspire our work.

A heartfelt thank you to:

  • Our United Way Board Members, whose unwavering support made all the difference.
  • MTV Sponsors: Itafos and INreach Community DX
  • Pretty in Pink Sponsors: ICCU, Lookout Credit Union, ISU College of Business
  • Totally Tubular Essentials Sponsors: Allied Electrical, Local Zonta Chapter, Citizens Community Bank, Robinson & Affiliates
  • All our volunteers, guests, and the community who brought their best 80s style and energy to make this event unforgettable!

Thank you once again for being part of something truly special. Together, we are making a difference, and we look forward to more opportunities to bring our community together for lasting change!

The first team of volunteers completed the assigned site in the first shift! It was wonderful to see a great turnout of community volunteers to support this impactful project.

Childcare & Preschool Provider Reception

On November 9, 2024 we had a wonderful morning celebrating our childcare and preschool providers at the 4th Annual Childcare & Preschool Provider Reception, hosted by the Bannock County Early Learning Collaborative with support from United Way of Southeastern Idaho.

Dan-Vi Huong, Clinical Instructor at ISU, inspired us with a message on the importance of remembering our "why" in supporting children’s learning.

Thank you to all the providers for your love and commitment to young lives. We're grateful for everything you do, and to our community partners for sharing resources and support to make this event impactful!
