Did you know that Jesus prayed for you?  Actually, Jesus prayed for us.

In John 17, when Jesus was hours away from being nailed to the cross, Jesus prayed for the future followers that would become the church.  That includes you and me.

Do you know what Jesus prayed His church?  He prayed that the church would be “one” so that “they may be brought to complete unity” (John 17:22-23).

The primary way we stay united is to remain focused on Christ.  That includes the mission He entrusted to us.  We keep Jesus at the center of our life together and we passionately pursue the ministry He has given us to make disciples.

There are countless ways to live that out in the church.  You do that when you gather with the church on Sunday mornings for corporate worship.  You do that when you serve in any one of our ministries.  You do that when you give.  You do that when you pray for our ministry.

One specific way you can do this right now is to turn in a pledge card for 2027 if you haven’t already.  Our leadership is currently planning next year’s budget and missions.  We want to hear from everyone who is invested in our church so we can better gauge our capacity.  Regardless of what you put on the card, it’s important we participate in this together.

You can fill one out via the link below or turn it in this coming Sunday.  If you plan on turning one in this year, please do so by this Sunday, October 18th.
