Facility Closures:

Due to the winter storm, the Cedar Park Public Library and the Recreation Center will be closed all day on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

City crews have winterized all park restrooms and drinking fountains. These facilities will be temporarily offline from Friday, January 23, 2026, through at least Monday, January 26, 2026, when temperatures are expected to warm.

Additionally, all City pools will be closed.

Information regarding Sunday operations will be shared as it becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize safety during the winter weather.

Remember the 4Ps:

As you get ready for the cold, please take a few simple steps to keep your home and family safe:

• Clear external vents for dryers and natural gas appliances to help prevent carbon monoxide buildup

• Protect the 4 P’s: People, Pets, Plants, and Pipes

• Dress in layers when outdoors, starting with a moisture-wicking base layer, adding insulation, and finishing with a wind and waterproof outer layer
