The Horowitz Foundation has opened
2020 applications for outstanding policy research by students working on their PhDs.
Students whose proposals have been approved by their committee but who have not already completed their work are eligible. Candidates need not be US citizens or working at a US institution.
It’s a simple application, with rewards ranging from grants of $7,500 plus additional amounts ranging from $1500 - $5,000. Deadline for this year’s applications is December 1, 2020.
