AAA Project

Moosehaven AAA Project Updates

Pavilion:

Construction on the Pavilion is now complete, and residents are already enjoying this beautiful new space! The gas fire pit installation has been finalized, with system testing and commissioning set to wrap up within the next week.

Recreation Building:

Progress continues both inside and out. The roof installation is complete, stone veneer work will finish soon, and siding and trim are nearing completion. Storefront framing has begun, with glass installation expected in the coming weeks. Inside, overhead MEP work is wrapping up, drywall is in progress, and painting has begun. The secondary electrical service is now live, and crews are preparing for mechanical startup once exterior grading and concrete pad pours are complete.

Senior Olympics 2025

The spirit of competition, camaraderie, and fun was alive and well at this year’s Moosehaven Senior Olympics 2025! Residents came together to showcase their skills in a wide variety of games, from cornhole and shuffleboard to darts, bowling, basketball, and more.

Cookbook Donation 2025

The spirit of giving is alive and well at Moosehaven! Our Brandon Place residents recently received a generous donation of cookbooks from the Women of the Moose Chapter 1674 and the Centerville Moose Lodge 2168.
