NH MTS Resource Center: Transition Updates

As many of you may know, the NH MTS Resource Center is officially ending on September 30, 2026. Here is some more information on what will happen with our current work and actions you can take to connect further.

MTS Collaboratives

The Resource Center held the final Collaborative meeting on 6/5/26.

Resource Center Website

nhmtscenter.org will no longer be active after 9/30/26. This includes the resource library. Be sure to download any resources before this date!

Resource Center Email

Our email inbox schoolmedicaid@jsi.org will be inactive 10/01/26. To connect, email our team directly; first.last@jsi.org.

Resource Center Newsletter

This will be the final edition. In The Knows will be sent as needed through 9/30/26.

• Sign up to receive emails on policy issues you care about from New Futures
• Learn more about Medicaid & School Based Services from the Federal School Based Services Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
• Review these recommended resources:
• Healthy Students, Promising Futures, START: State Tools And Resources To Advance School Medicaid 
• Quality Improvement Essentials Toolkit to learn how quality improvement activities can support efficiency within your school’s MTS program
• Stay informed about public school funding and taxation with NH School Funding Fairness Project 
• Sign up for the Reaching Higher mailing list to receive real-time communication about NH's public schools and policy
• Learn more about how NH Family Voices helps families of children and youth with special healthcare needs and disabilities navigate the systems and foster networks of support
• Connect to the NH Children's System of Care to enhance the service delivery system for children and youth with behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with the NH Parent Information Center for help messaging to parents and communities
• Download resources from the MTS Resource Center website before September 30th
• Connect to peers using the “NH MTS Participant Directory”
