Healing always begins at the root. When challenges arise on our healing journey that seem persistent or impossible to clear.
Challenges are often a sign that these issues are inherited—they may not even belong to you. Accessing this deep-rooted pain can be difficult with the conscious mind, which is why breathwork is such a transformative and clearing practice.
You may not know where these emotions or inherited beliefs are stored in your body, but your body does. The breath will help uncover and transmute these energies, facilitating profound shifts. Incredible transformations have been witnessed in this work.
While the process can be challenging at times, it is always more than worth it. There are great treasures hidden beneath old pain, and we have the power to choose what we carry forward and pass on.
You do not need to know your genealogy or even have an active relationship with your family to do this work. When we make the space, our guides will come.
And it is often easier to feel them in an energetic container such as this one. Wherever you are in your journey and connection to your lineage, you can do this work!
