What is Leadership Lakeville?

Leadership Lakeville is a nine-month program that connects you with local leaders, provides hands-on leadership development and community engagement, and deepens your understanding of the Lakeville community. The attached flyer outlines the dates, times and monthly topics and tours. This experience will help you:

• Build connections with other professionals
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lakeville community
• Develop leadership skills and expand your influence

Program Highlights:

• Nine Engaging sessions led by community leaders
• Nine Site visits to local businesses and government institutions
• Networking opportunities with peers and community leaders
• Six Interactive workshops on leadership
• Four hours of volunteer service to drive positive community support

Who should consider this program?

Emerging leaders, new team members, small business owners, persons interested in getting more involved in our community.

Paid Leave employer engagement sessions provide an overview of the program. We participated in our second in-person session this week in Northfield. There are a couple of in-person sessions left in other parts of the metro. There will be webinars held each month. Watch here for registration links.
