Tampa Catholic Students Selected for BayCare

St. Joseph’s Medical Pathfinders Program

We are thrilled to announce the exceptional group of Tampa Catholic students selected for the 2025–2026 BayCare St. Joseph’s Hospital Medical Pathfinders Internship Program!

These students earned their coveted spots through a rigorous and highly competitive application process—a true testament to their academic excellence, dedication, and passion for pursuing a future in healthcare.

Each student has now been officially matched with a department at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where they will spend one day a week, three hours per session, gaining invaluable hands-on experience alongside healthcare professionals. Through this program, they will receive mentorship and insight into the world of medicine as they prepare to become the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Please join us in congratulating these outstanding students! If you see them around campus, be sure to celebrate their incredible achievement. We look forward to an inspiring year of learning and growth ahead.

A gentle reminder that school begins at 8:10. Students arriving after 8:10 must report to the office. A tardy will be excused if the student provides a doctor's note on office stationery when the student reports to school.

Absences must be reported to receptionist@tampacatholic.org or (813) 870-0860 ext. 500, by 8:00 AM. Illness and family emergencies are the only reasons for excused absences under usual circumstances. A note from the parents explaining the absence must be presented the day the student returns to school. If the student has a note from the doctor to excuse the absence it should be provided the day the student returns to school.
