Diana-Marie Laventure

New York City Office

Diana-Marie concentrates her practice in Employment Practices Litigation, General Liability, and Skilled Nursing, Assisting Living, Home & Hospice Care. She represents employers, resorts, education boards, townships, medical professionals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities in proceedings throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She is recognized for her thoughtful advocacy and strong client service, consistently delivering strategic guidance in high-stakes matters. 

Diana-Marie is an active leader in the legal community serving on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Diversity Committee and Minorities in the Profession’s Board; the Garden State Bar Association’s Board of Directors; and the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section’s Women’s Conference Committee.

Henry Tilson

Buffalo Office

Henry B. Tilson is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice concentrating on healthcare law, medical malpractice defense, skilled nursing and long-term care litigation, general liability, and premises liability. He represents hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living providers, home care agencies, and a wide range of healthcare professionals in complex litigation involving allegations of medical malpractice, professional negligence, and regulatory compliance issues. He is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and Ontario, Canada.

Henry has experience managing all phases of litigation from initial investigation through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. In addition to his healthcare litigation practice, he represents clients in general liability, employment, and commercial disputes in state and federal courts and contributes to the firm’s Aviation Litigation and Transactions group as a licensed pilot.
