This November, lead and healthy housing professionals from across the country will gather in Manchester to talk honestly about what is working, what is changing, and what our field needs next.

The 2026 East Coast Lead & Healthy Housing Conference is being designed around practical information, candid conversations, and ideas you can take home and use.

What's new this year is a CONTRACTOR FORUM. On Monday, Nov 2, experienced Lead Hazard and Healthy Homes contractors will share practical lessons with contractors who are newer to the field - or ready to grow their businesses.

This full-day program will focus on the realities of succeeding in lead-hazard work: finding opportunities, pricing projects, managing crews, working with grant programs, and avoiding costly mistakes.

Contractor Day is $150 as a stand-alone program and is included with full conference registration.

Homes built after 1978 are not automatically lead-safe. Older building components may have been reused, imported products can contain lead, and lead hazards are not limited to painted walls. It is one more reason our field needs accurate information—and opportunities to learn from one another.
