Dear Reading Center Friends,

Mark your calendars for Friday, July 16th. Registration will CLOSE for our Summer Best of Basics program on Friday, June 25. There are a few classes still open - but many are full. Hurry before all spots are gone if you'd like to have your student in class this summer.

Reminder that registration for our Online Fall Basic Orton-Gillingham Institute opens on Wednesday, June 30 at 10am CST. Historically the class fills the day it opens so if you are interested in online training from August 30 - November 21 please register early. Tuition is due in full at the time of registration unless you have made advanced arrangements with our bookkeeper, Gade.

Summer Best of Basics

Register for our 27th Summer Program for students. The program will run July 12 - August 6, 2021 with both in person and online options! 

We have 1:1 and small group options this summer. View our registration page for complete details.

Space is limited so register early. Registration will close June 25.

70th Anniversary: Save the Date

Our Virtual 70th Anniversary Celebration will take place on October 9. This event will highlight our future and our past.

Are you looking for digital resources to help bring Orton-Gillingham concepts online to your students?

 We are offering a year-long subscription that gives you access to the same materials benefiting our own in-house Academic Language Therapists. 

The core of these resources were compiled by Jean Osman and Terri Peterson, Fellows of the Academy.
Have you donated to Bright Futures yet?

This has been a hard year financially for many of the families we serve, and we have had many more families in need of scholarships to keep their students in tutoring.

We are spending 2.5x as much for student scholarships today as we were a year ago due to COVID related needs. 

Please help us raise $100,000 to support scholarships and programs through the 2021 Bright Futures Campaign to keep our students who need scholarships on the path to skilled reading.
