It was wonderful to welcome your students to campus this morning! 

We know that drop-off and pick-up took longer than expected today. We want to assure you that this will improve as parents and students become more familiar with the procedures, but it is important that we work together and follow the process for it to run smoothly. 

Here are few reminders for tomorrow:

Morning Drop-off:

• There is NO LEFT TURN from Encanto Blvd to enter campus. All cars must enter by right turn only from eastbound Encanto Blvd. Cars leaving campus via Encanto Blvd must exit by right turn only.

• Parents may NOT park on campus and walk their students to the gate for morning drop-off. Parent drivers should remain in the vehicle and follow directions of staff.

• To allow more cars to enter the on-campus traffic flow, drivers may be directed to form 3 lanes around the field in the mornings. Please pull forward as much as possible to allow as many cars as possible to enter the traffic flow. Always follow the directions of Trivium staff.

• Have your scholars ready to exit vehicles promptly upon arrival to the drop-off zone. Backpacks should be with your student, not in the trunk. 

• Only drivers in the turn lane may turn right from Bullard Ave onto Encanto Blvd. DO NOT make a right turn from the traffic lanes on Bullard. Please respect traffic laws for the safety of all. 

Archway Walkers/Bikers:

Students walking to school from off-campus will enter from the northwest gate (near the new grass area), using the crosswalks near the Bullard Ave entrance. Bike racks are located nearby. Parents may NOT park on campus and walk their students to the gate. Prep student drivers entering from the parking lot may walk their Archway siblings to the east entrance. Prep student drivers entering from Palm Lane should follow crosswalks/sidewalks and walk their Archway siblings to the northwest gate.

Afternoon Pick-up

Thank you for your patience as our students, staff and families become familiar with the new procedures. To test our new procedures, we dismissed early today. Tomorrow pick will begin at the normal time of 3:00pm. Over the coming days, we will be refining our processes, so please follow staff directions.

If you are picking up Middle School students DO NOT ARRIVE to campus before 3:15 PM. This creates significant delays.

General Reminders:

• Morning Drop-off is from 7:20-7:47 AM. Parents who wish to drop-off earlier must enroll in Early Drop-off Club. 
• Parents in the drop-off/pick-up zone must remain in their vehicle. Faculty will assist students exiting their vehicles, however, faculty are not allowed to assist students with car seats, so parents are highly encouraged to practice prior to the start of the year so that students are able to do that independently.
• Please have your PINK or YELLOW pick-up card clearly displayed on your dashboard during pick-up to help keep our process running smoothly. Pick-up cards will be handed out at Meet the Teacher in your oldest Archway child's classroom.
• Due to limited parking, there will be NO walk-up option for student drop-off/pick-up at this time.
• Parents with both Archway and Prep students, please review the pick-up procedure with your Trivium Prep students before the first day of school emphasizing the importance of arriving to the Archway Pick-up/Drop-off Zone promptly after school to be ready to load into your vehicle.
