Good afternoon Riverside Families,

We had a great week 2 at Riverside! Thank you for coming out on Thursday evening to our Parent Information Night! If you missed it, most classrooms sent home the packet of information afterwards. Our doors are always open, so please keep the lines of communication open this year as we partner together on behalf of your child.

Our Scholastic book fair will continue this week and we are looking forward to another great week of learning! If you need anything, please feel free to reach out to me.

Please check with your child about their schedule for Physical Education. For safety and active participation, students will only be allowed to participate if they are wearing proper footwear.

Library Volunteers Needed

Volunteer in the Riverside Elementary Library!

The library is looking for help shelving books. If you can alphabetize, you're qualified!

There are many opportunities to help out at school. Whether helping in the classroom, at PTO events or chaperoning a field trip, we'd love your help.

To ensure that all adults who come in contact with your children are safe to do so, we run background checks on all volunteers. You can apply today to be a volunteer at the link below. Please note that it does take 48-96 hours for the process, so if you want to volunteer, apply early.
