We’re excited to share the latest about Hummer, our 19-year-old feline superstar! Hummer needed somewhere to go after the heartbreaking loss of his owner. Though he was cherished by his owner's family, they were unable to care for him. So, he made his way to JSCR, where he quickly passed his health check—only a bit of arthritis, which is being managed beautifully with monthly Solensia shots.

Today we are thrilled to share Hummer now has a Forever Foster of his very own! Thank you, Jason and Megan, for opening your hearts and home to this sweet old man! Hummer is thriving in this new environment and even has his very own paparazzi, thanks to Megan’s passion for photography. We can’t wait to share more adorable snaps of Hummer living his best life!

As we celebrate Hummer’s new beginnings, we’re also launching into spooky season. This year our seniors have asked to go trick or treating, and since they don't really like candy, they've decided to look for monthly donors.
