Please join Back of Beyond Books at the two forthcoming Book Fairs in California February 4-6 in Pasadena and February 11-13 in Oakland

We are excited after a two year hiatus, to return to California for the February Book Fairs, in person, both in Pasadena and Oakland.

Both fairs are requiring proof of vaccination and masks to be worn at all times.

Rare Books LA – Pasadena February 4-6 invites booksellers and bibliophiles from around the world to safely reconnect and share their love of books, maps, ephemera, fine bindings, original art, photography, and more.

This three-day event features the collections and rare treasures of booksellers from around the globe, including manuscripts, modern first editions, children’s books, ephemera, maps and autographs, as well as antiquarian books on a vast array of topics. As an officially sanctioned fair of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, buyers can be assured of the highest standards and professionalism of participating dealers.     For more information please click your browser on this link: ABAA Oakland Book Fair

Anyone who would like discounted tickets for either fair, please let me know--we have a limited supply.

We understand, in these uncertain times, that attending an in-person fair brings challenges. Fair organizers are following CDC Guidelines and are requiring proof of vaccination and masks for all, including staff, customers and vendors.

For those staying home, Back of Beyond Books will also be exhibiting in virtual components of each fair, but it certainly is not the same as seeing and handling books and ephemera in person. We will send reminder e-mails for both virtual fairs with links a day or two before the actual virtual fair begins.
