September is Library Card Sign Up Month!

Stop by CHPL in September to get a new card, renew your card, or sign up for a card for the first time and enter our raffle celebrating National Library Card Sign Up Month! Eightlucky winners will be selected at the end of the month. Prize options include (6) $50 gift card to Amazon, Wawa, or Target, or a LEGO set (2)!

Clean out your closet and bring any gently worn Halloween costumes for all ages to the library.

Donation period:

September 14 - October 11 in Youth Services, Upper Level & donation bin by the Welcome Desk

Wednesday, October 14

10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Browse the donations and bring home your next favorite costume for FREE! You do not need to donate to shop the selection.

CHPL can always use your donations. Accepted items include:

new/gently used books for all ages (drop off at the side entrance)
new/gently used puzzles, music (CDs & vinyl records), and movies (DVDs)
musical instruments - all types of musical instruments (drop off in the Reading Room, Main Level)
new/gently used jewelry and accessories (drop off in the donation bin in the Lobby)

Where appropriate, donations of materials will be added to the Library's collections or sold in the Friends Book Sales.
