Yearbook data collection time is upon us. We are deeply grateful for your continued efforts to help us maintain up-to-date and accurate data.
The information each church provides is used in the UCC Yearbook and Directory and for the vital work of the Center for Analytics, Research and Data (CARD) to help us understand our demographic trends and provide support at the national level for the direction our churches are moving.
Where you come in: each church will need to update the UCC Database and Directories (UCC DAD) with year-end demographic information. The UCC DAD opened on January 20, 2026, and will remain open through the reporting deadline April 10, 2026. If you do not meet this deadline, your information will not be current for the 2026 UCC Yearbook!
Please follow the steps below to update the information:

The national church has provided robust instructions that explain each tab within the database and the information needed. There is also a video tutorial. Click here to get those instructions.

Please review directions and collect data PRIOR to data entry and have them handy as you do your online updates. To make your data collection easier, you can use this form.

For your Church ID you will add 52 to the beginning of your ID number which can be found here and looking at the "envelope number" column.

You should have also received instructions to the pastor and church emails on record directly from SONKA register, Jim Hill. We appreciate your prompt attention to this annual task.
