MEET OUR CLIENTS

City of Desert Hot Springs

Riverside County

The City of Desert Hot Springs is minutes away from Coachella Valley tourism destinations – a launching pad to an evening in Palm Springs or a hike in Joshua Tree National Park. The City has a population of approximately 33,500 and an average household income of around $67,300. Desert Hot Springs has seen significant population growth and industrial development activity over the past two decades, driving future demand for additional retail, commercial, restaurant, and hospitality development. The City is interested in identifying new dining options on development opportunity sites throughout the City and along the 10 Freeway.

City of Eastvale

Riverside County

The City of Eastvale has a young, diverse population of around 69,000 and an average household income exceeding $188,000, making it one of the wealthiest cities in Riverside County. Eastvale is highly accessible from the I-15. With high homeownership and rapid residential growth, it presents strong demand for family-oriented and upscale-focused retail. The City is focused on growing its entertainment and upscale dining options across a variety of tenant space sizes and development opportunity sites.

City of Norwalk

Los Angeles County

The City of Norwalk is a culturally rich community home to nearly 100,000 residents and has an average household income of $112,100. Norwalk is a vibrant city with several development opportunity sites. Over $700 million of development is currently under consideration, including new luxury and affordable residential, new restaurant/experiential retail, hotels, blended-use, and revitalization of the City’s Historic Downtown Front Street. The City is focused on including restaurants on development opportunity sites along key commercial corridors.

City of Palmdale

Los Angeles County

The City of Palmdale is home to over 165,000 residents, has an average household income around $102,000 and a large commuter base tied to aerospace and defense sectors. The City enjoys the heavily traveled SR 14 running through it and is anchored by the Antelope Valley Mall. The growing population and housing create demand for entertainment / experiential retail and national chain expansion in underserved areas. The City has several development opportunity sites, as well as retail vacancies ranging from 1,500 to 45,000 SF.

City of Walnut

Los Angeles County

The City of Walnut, with a population of approximately 27,000 and an average household income over $167,000, is an affluent suburban community in eastern Los Angeles County. Home to Mt. San Antonio College and located next to Cal Poly Pomona, the City has limited retail saturation making it attractive for upscale and specialty retail opportunities. The City is looking for a variety of eateries ranging in size from 1,000 – 3,000 SF.
