Weekly Video Celebration

Our 2nd graders have the opportunity to lead our school by sharing the morning announcements and leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance. We love seeing our Braves build confidence, use their voices, and experience what it means to be a leader in our school community! Creating meaningful opportunities for every student to lead is part of what makes IHPS such a special place to learn and grow.

Have you been hearing "I can't find my water bottle!"
or "I left my jacket at recess." lately??

If your student is missing any items, please check our lost and found area.

Our lost and found is located outside the building in our bus loop.
There is a covered bin and a table where items are placed.

You can stop by anytime and locate your items.

Pick Up Patrol - Did you know?

If your student(s) will be leaving during the school day, we ask you to do 2 things: First - please mark the Dismissal Plan in Pick Up Patrol as 'Early Dismissal' and in the 'Notes' section please add the details (i.e., reason for dismissal, who is picking up and if the student(s) will be returning). This will notify the teacher of your plans.

Next step - when you're on the way to pick up your student(s), please call the office at least 5 minutes ahead regarding the early dismissal plan. This will help us be able to locate your student(s) and have them ready when you arrive (keep in mind they could be outside or in specials so it takes time for them to go to their classroom and pack up their things). The number to call the office is 513-272-4754. Thank you!

*Important reminder - if your student will be returning, be sure to change your child's Default Plan back to the correct end of day plans.

Schedule a Fall Conference

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please use this site to set an appointment with your child's teacher by clicking on

their name under their photo. The link goes directly to their individual Google

calendar. Conferences are held in person unless you request an alternate

format.

Our 1st trimester ends on November 6th and conferences will wrap up by

November 6. The parent teacher conference is a great way to connect with your

child's teacher about their academic performance, social development, and

overall performance during the first Trimester. You can also use this site to set

up a conference with a Unified Arts teacher. Please keep in mind that they see

over 500 children and have approximately 25 spaces for meeting.

If your child works with an intervention teacher, they will reach out separately

regarding their conference times during this same window.

Thank you for working so closely with us to ensure a successful year for your

child.

*Kindergarten Families: Your child will need to be brought back to school for clubs and activities. Please communicate any after school plans with either KGS or Daycare.

Volunteers and Visitors at the Primary School

Beginning this school year, parents and guardians are welcome to bring younger siblings when attending school events held during school hours (i.e., parent meetings, classroom parties, Primary Praise, and 2nd Grade Send-Off) at Indian Hill Primary School.

To help maintain a safe and productive learning environment, this change does not apply to volunteer opportunities (i.e., classroom, lunchroom, library, field trips, Field Day) where only approved volunteers may attend. We kindly ask that younger siblings remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

Reminder to ALL building visitors and volunteers: Please bring your ID with you! You will be signed into the Raptor System and a printed visitor badge will be given for you to wear in a visible location during your visit.
