SCHOOL FEES 25-26 IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please check you parent portal for any remaining fees that are due. Lunch balances are accrued daily as the student eats. I am going to push lunches to billing your account daily so you can keep up with what is due. When you look at your balance you can add any additional days ($2.75/day) fee to that and prepay for the rest of the year. Please call Kelley in the school office if you have any questions regarding fees due. Thank you!!

New St. Nicholas Academy Open Houses

Where: 2012 Tower Dr.

When: Thursday, April 23^rd 4-7pm and Saturday, April 25^th 4-7pm

May Crowning will take place during the Wednesday school Mass on May 6. We are asking all students to join in on the celebration by bringing a single flower to their teachers when they arrive to school that will then be placed in a class vase and brought to the Mass.

BAND INFORMATION:

Tuesday, April 28 will be the 7th and 8th grade after school band rehearsal at Helias from 3:30 to 5 PM and Wednesday, April 29 will be the afterschool rehearsal for 6th grade band students also at Helias from 3:30 to 5 PM.

Parish Band Concert will be held on May 4th in the Helias Fieldhouse at 7pm.

Pack 4 Fundraiser!

Pack 4 is hosting a fundraiser at West Main Pizza on May 5th, and we’re hoping to spread the word to as many families as possible. This event is a great opportunity for our Pack to raise funds while also supporting a local business, and it should be a fun, easy way for families to participate.

All scrip orders from last year April 1st until March 31st will be included on your yearly

statement.

All money for the candy bars is due. Please send in ASAP so I can prepare the yearly statements.

ENROLLMENT 2026-2027:

If you enrolled your child in After School Care (ASC) for next year, you should have received a confirmation email from me. IF YOU DID NOT, please send me an email and I will add your child(ren) to my list. Thank you.

Please make sure you send me an email when your child will NOT be in After care, whether they are a car rider, sports participant, leaving with you after an assembly/party or leaving early. If they are registered for ASC, I MUST be informed. Thanks.

WE ARE HIRING! After School Care is hiring aides for next school year. If you have a

student in 8th grade (or higher) who is interested in working with children, please contact me for a link to the application.
