Give Miami Day is almost here — 11.19.20! We are days away from the annual all-day event to raise the much needed funds to help the expectant mothers in their crucial time of need. With a heart-full of gratitude, we ask that you please once again support our mission.
It has been a tough year for everyone, and Safe Haven for Newborns is no exception. Because of COVID-19, it forced us to postpone our three annual fundraising events, limiting our ability to raise the money needed to fund the many programs we offer. This placed a financial strain on our Foundation.
During the challenging months of 2020, Safe Haven has been answering the needs of those expectant mothers and this year, to date, we have welcomed 14 new infants to the family. We expect to see in the coming months, an uptick of young mothers-to-be reaching out to us for support. And we will be there for her and her unborn child as we have always been.
