Pennsylvania Apprenticeship and Training Office (ATO) Survey

Help Shape the Future of Apprenticeships in PA

The Pennsylvania Apprenticeship and Training Office (ATO) is looking to expand apprenticeship programs across the state. Furthering these efforts, the ATO team is reaching out to employers within technology, agriculture, and healthcare to provide more focused resources that meet industry needs.

They have created a short survey to better understand what support the ATO can provide to organizations. This support would include providing apprenticeship opportunities that could benefit businesses through workforce recruitment and retention.

If you are interested in learning more, you will have the option to provide your contact details at the end of the survey, and an ATO team member will reach out to you with more information.

Advance Central PA is proud to support registered apprenticeship programs and businesses that want to create them. Reach out to us today to learn more.

Legislative Update

The Importance of WIOA

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) — the key legislation that supports our mission to connect individuals with meaningful careers and businesses with skilled talent, is currently under review at the federal level.

As highlighted in our Impact Report, WIOA plays a vital role in empowering local Workforce Development Boards, like Advance Central PA, to design and deliver programs that address regional workforce needs and drive economic growth.
