Share your interest in joining a one-hour conversation on Zoom with a small group of individuals from Mercer County to inform SHA's work with the expanded Integrated Community Project.
The focus groups will ask for feedback around community inclusion from populations living and/or working in Mercer County including: people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, with physical disabilities, in recovery, who are aging, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and more. Selected participants will receive a gift card in appreciation of their time.
