For the second time this year, Taylor Johnson client M&R Development has debuted a new luxury rental community in Wisconsin. Powering through the challenges of managing construction, leasing and opening during a pandemic, M&R recently welcomed its first residents to Elevate, a new 270-unit luxury apartment building in Madison, which is managed by TJ client RMK Management Corp. Just 20 minutes from downtown Madison, Elevate sits in a prime location on the city's east side – an area that has seen significant recent job growth, but little new housing. Knowing media interest was strong for M&R’s other Wisconsin project that delivered earlier this year – 42 Hundred On The Lake, a 236-unit Class A apartment building on Lake Michigan in St. Francis, just 5 miles south of downtown Milwaukee – we followed a similar playbook for announcing the opening of Elevate.
