February 14: Four-Hour Longsword Workshop

Looking for a unique and unforgettable gift? Give the experience of sword fighting! This class makes a perfect gift for a friend, partner, or even something you can enjoy together. Feel free to share this opportunity with anyone who might be interested or reach out for more details.

Open to all experience levels, this class welcomes seasoned martial artists, complete beginners, and anyone inspired by history, fantasy, or medieval combat. Each month, participants gather for a four-hour session focused on the longsword. The first three hours cover the school’s core curriculum, followed by a deep dive into a specific technique from Fior dei Battaglia (Flos Duellatorum, 1409).

Loaner swords and helmets are available for those who need them—just bring gloves. If you have your own waster or helmet, feel free to use them. Comfortable workout attire is recommended: sweats, a T-shirt, and athletic shoes.

Cost: $100 in advance | $120 at the door
