Dear Parents and Students,

         We hope the month of May finds you blessed and healthy. From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you for being a part of the First Academy family. Distance learning has been a trying time, but I think we came out blessed and better for it. 

May 21 st and May 22 nd will be our turn in day for computers, textbooks etc. We will still be observing social distancing guidelines. Your student will only need to report to the blue picnic tables at their designated time. Elementary parents may go to their classrooms.  Each high school student will be given a map to follow. This map will help us keep groups well under three students.

Please take this time to bring everything that must be turned in. We do not want to bill any accounts during this difficult stretch.

Possible Items : Swipe Cards, Athletic Uniforms, Books, Chromebooks, Library Books, Teacher Resources.

*AP Spanish will be utilizing a special date as they will be testing.

Important Information

  • Swipe Cards - Please report to Mrs. Jones outside door and turn in your swipe cards to Mrs. Hall.
  • Books- Please report to Mrs. Gunger’s room to sell books.
  • Athletic Questions- See Coach Birdsall or Coach Lea in weight room.
  • Library Books – Return library books to Mrs. Gray. (Library)
  • Teacher Resources- If you owe a teacher a resource, return it to Mrs. Brown’s room to Ms. Luisa.
  • Get a locker- See Mrs. Cowham for your new locker. (Main Office)
  • Junior / Senior Info -available in Mrs. Frescoln’s room.
  • Borrowed Computer/ Yearbook- Mrs. Hanken will meet you in the library.
  • Guidance Counseling - Mrs. Brewer and Mrs. Patterson will be available for counseling situations in Mr. Bonaparte’s room. (Room 120)
  • Senior Girls! Please see Mrs. Lea in the Fellowship Hall before you leave.
  • Band Equipment!- Make arrangements online with Mrs. Perkins.
  • Yearbooks- Band Room
  • Coaches - will be out and about passing out athletic schedules both days.
