IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In recent weeks, due to changes in our website's domain hosting, certain mass email communications were not listed as being sent from our usual domain name. This led to communications, including the announcement of Pastor Dave Davis's retirement, ending up in the 'junk' folders of a number of people in the community. Nassau Presbyterian Church apologizes for this error, and our web carrier has since fixed this issue. For those who did not properly recieve the original commuication, you may find a copy of Dave's announcement here.

From Voyage: "Tree of Life"

In Tree of Life, Carmelle Beaugelin Caldwell places Haiti’s sacred mapou tree at the center of Eden. The work draws together Haitian history, Scripture, and Caldwell’s theological imagination, restoring the mapou as an image of sacredness, memory, and creation.

Voyage is on display in Nassau’s Conference Room through October 30. Meet the artist between services on Sunday, October 11.
