New Exhibitor Kit

We’re excited to introduce the new Exhibitor Kit available through your Company Profile on the Exhibitor Portal for the 2027 Toronto International Boat Show.

The portal has been designed to make your planning process easier by giving you, your staff, exhibit house, and booth partners convenient access to the forms, deadlines, and information you need to prepare for a successful show.

Within the next 24 hours, you will receive an email from Toronto International Boat Show 2027 .

It will include:

  • A direct link to your exhibitor profile
  • An access code you can share with staff members, exhibit houses, and booth partners who need access

This portal will serve as your central resource for everything you need to support a smooth and successful show experience.

If you have not yet been assigned a booth number, you can still begin completing forms using your company name. Our team will coordinate the remaining details with suppliers.

New this year: most forms are now fillable online, making them faster and easier to complete and submit.

Please note: This newsletter is pertaining to Exhibitors of Record, Dealers will receive a separate email with their link the Portal for their Dealer Profile at a later date as we receive Working Dealers Forms and the booths are assigned.

The following forms are now available in the Exhibitor Kit on the Portal, please ensure the following items are submitted by November 6:

  • Health & Safety Procedures – Safety Acknowledgment (all exhibitors)

  • Crane Service & Boat Handling Order Form (boat exhibitors only)

  • Exhibit Dimensions & Layout to Scale (boat & bulk displays over 500 sq.ft.)

Digital Listing Needs Your Input

The current digital listing reflects your Print Listing Name as marked in your 2027 space contract and your submitted Boat Brands.

If you exhibited in 2026 the digital listing contains your 2026 information - please update to reflect your 2027 display.

If you are a new exhibitor - Digital Listing only contains your Print Listing Name and website, so please add all relevant information about your company, products & services.

We are preparing the Interactive Floorplan and List of Exhibitors to go live on the website- this is where attendees are able to search for products & services, boat brands & dealers within spaces.

Selecting the right Key Words in your digital listing will make your company easy to find - use the link to access your Exhibitor Profile to check and update this key feature! Less is more - focus on the main products you offer in your display at show!

Upload company logos, socials, photos, product descriptions, links to new product videos.

Don't miss out to maximize your exposure!
