JRB FINANCIAL PULSE

August 2026 — Issue #99

A Word from the CEO

Like many of you, I find that the weeks leading up to the High Holidays invite reflection — on where we are, where we are going, and how we care for ourselves, our families, and the communities we serve.

This month’s Financial Pulse begins with one of the most important concepts in retirement saving: compounding. Compounding is sometimes called the “eighth wonder of the world,” and for good reason - over time, your contributions and investment earnings can begin building on one another. That is why starting early can give retirement savers such a meaningful advantage.

Our second article highlights a valuable suite of complimentary JRB benefits: term life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and pension continuation insurance, which can help continue retirement contributions in the event of a qualifying disability. To be eligible, you must contribute at least $1,200 annually to your JRB retirement account.

Together, these articles reflect an important message: retirement security is built through steady savings, thoughtful planning, and making full use of the benefits available to you through the JRB.

If you would like to discuss how compounding can work in your retirement savings strategy, review your contribution level, or learn more about JRB’s complimentary benefits, please reply to this email or call us at 888 JRB-FREE (572-3733). We are here to help.
